Hello School Partner!

We would like to remind you of important details and instructions for the UPCAT 2025 application process:

A. Confirmation Deadline: 15 September 2024, Sunday
Please complete Form 2A and confirm your Grade 12 students or graduates who have taken the exam this August 2024.

B. Additional Applicants: Please visit the UPCAT 2025 Form 2A portal regularly as more applicants may be added to your confirmation list. The school will be notified via email of any new applicants on a weekly basis.

C. Submission of School Records: Hard copies of your students' certified true copy of SF-10 or Form 137, which contain the grades from Grades 8, 9, 10, and 11 must be submitted by 15 September 2024. These should be in a sealed envelope signed by the school’s authorized representative across the flap. The school or the applicant may send this directly to the UP Office of Admissions, either personally or via courier with the address:

D. Application Eligibility: Please note the eligibility criteria for UPCAT applicants:

  1. Senior high school student expecting to graduate before SY 2025-2026 from a DepEd-accredited high school or an accredited secondary school abroad; OR
  2. Graduate of a DepEd-accredited high school or accredited secondary school abroad; and
  3. Must have final grades for Grade 8, 9, 10, and Grade 11;
  4. Must not have taken any college subject/s prior to the opening of SY 2025-2026;
  5. Must not have taken the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT) before the current cycle; AND
  6. Must not have applied and completed the UP College Application for either the AY 2021-2022 (UPCA 2021), AY 2022-2023 (UPCA 2022), AY 2023-2024 (UPCA 2023).

E. Form 2A Instructions

Step 1: For senior high schools who have not created an account for their Grade 11 students last April - June 2024, click on the ‘Sign Up Here’ button and use the school's official email address registered in the UP Office of Admissions’ database to sign up for a new account. Create a password for the UPCAT 2025 portal. Please note that accounts used in previous UPCA/T cycles are NO longer valid.

For senior high schools who have created an account last April to June 2024 to confirm their Grade 11 students, please proceed to Step 3.

Step 2: Activate your school’s new account by clicking on the activation link that will be sent to your school’s email address. If you do not receive the email in the main inbox, check Spam and other folders as it might have been directed there.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Log In’ button and input the credentials you used during sign up. Check your school’s email account for the login code. Keep the UPCAT Form 2A portal page open, do not refresh it. Copy the code from the email and paste it into the designated field in the portal, then click the ‘Submit Code’ button.

Step 4: Click on the ‘Update Profile’ button and input the needed school information. Triple-check all details before clicking on the ‘Submit Profile’ button. The school’s authorized representatives and their corresponding signature will also need to be uploaded for verification against the hard copy of grades that will be received by the office. Once submitted, the senior high school profile section cannot be changed. You may also indicate your school's location by providing a link to a map pin.

Step 5: Click on the ‘Current List of Applicants for UP Admission’ button to view the list of applicants who have indicated that they have graduated or are currently attending your school for Grade 12. The list will be updated as more applicants click on the ‘Save Form 1’ button in their application portal.

Step 6: Before confirming the student/s, please read all instructions stated in the portal. For each applicant, click on the ID photo to select ‘Yes’ if they are a student or a graduate of your school and ‘No’ if otherwise. You can use the search filters to sort through applicants who have not yet been verified. Please exercise caution when confirming or removing applicants, as these actions cannot be reversed.

Step 7: You can click on the ‘Return to Homepage’ button to go back and view the High School Information again.

Step 8: Please log in to the Form 2A portal regularly to confirm new students as more applicants click on the ‘Save Form 1’ button until the deadline (15 September 2024).

Step 9: If the school will submit the hard copies of the certified true copy of grades of the students in bulk, you may click on the ‘Download Updated List of Applicants’ button to help you prepare their SF-10 or Form 137 for Grades 8, 9, 10, and 11. You will need to click on the download button again if there are additional applicants for confirmation.
